A brand new incarnation of our ever-changing, constantly reimagined Jack D'Or. Based on a rustic golden saison-style beer. This version was fermented with a Belgian yeast strain along with a strain of Brettanomyces called "trois vrai". It's pale and dry with a slight hop bitterness from some lovely Hallertau-region hops, and a host of fruity aromas and flavours. Hazy, fruity, and lovely. For peaceful evenings.
